  • You will need to Create an Account/Login to get your own secure area on our server and get started. You will be prompted for details after you have clicked on the 'personalise it now' button. Once you start to create your gift you will find a help guide on each page to help you along your way if required.
  • You will find our personalisation software very easy to use but please remember to check the preview window as this will show the detail (name etc) that your order will be printed with. Don't worry if you get stuck as you can call the Make It Personal Team on 01708 255562 or email us on ask@makeitpersonal.co.uk.
  • Our response time for email enquries is within one working day. Normal working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5.30pm.
  • Look out for all the information button that is on the personalisation pages. Clicking on the speech bubble marked with an 'i' will give you more information (if available) about the personalised gift.
  • For our gifts that require pictures to be uploaded, please ensure these are of the best quality you have to avoid disappointment with the final item. Name personalisation is generally limited to 12 or 14 characters. For names that require more characters please contact us and we will try and accomodate your requirements. Please check your item in the preview window carefully as this represents how the item will be produced. For example, if there is missing text in the preview, this is how it will be produced. You will be asked to approve your item and can go back and edit it right up to the point of order.
  • Delivery will generally be made within 7 working days of receipt of your order. We will aim to deliver quicker than this but this will be subject to material supply and delivery network. Unless otherwise stated, delivery costs are extra and are quoted for UK mainland addresses only (please click the 'delivery' button at the top of the page for more information).
  • We apologise but we do not deliver to international addresses (Includes Republic of Ireland)
