· You will need to Create an Account/Login to get your own secure area on our server and get started. You will be prompted for details after you have clicked on the 'personalise it now' button.
· Once you start to create your gift you will find a help guide within each page to help you along your way if required. You will find our personalisation software very easy to use. Remember to check the preview window as this will show the detail (name etc) that your order will be printed with. Don't worry if you get stuck as you can call the Make It Personal Team on 01708 255562 or email us on ask@makeitpersonal.co.uk
· Our normal working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5.30pm.
· Look out for all the information button that is on the personalisation pages. Clicking on the speech bubble marked with an 'i' will give you more information about the personalised gift.
· For our gifts that require pictures to be uploaded, please ensure these are of the best quality you have to avoid disappointment with the final item.
· Delivery will be made within 7 working days of receipt of your order.
· Delivery costs are extra and will be quoted for UK mainland addresses. For international despatch, then please use the Personal Shopper option to discuss delivery with one of our team.
